In October of 2018, the Lipson building on Larchmont was sold to Christina Development, a Malibu-based real estate investment company. The 2-story site consists of 14 leasable spaces and offices on the second floor.

It was the last building that belonged to the La Bonte family; at one point, the family had owned 70 percent of the buildings located on the same street. The building was passed down to Charlotte Lipson from her father, Julius La Bonte. After she passed in the summer of 2017, the building was sold by her estate.

Architectural Resource Consultants (ARC) provided HDS (High Definition Survey) 3D Laser Scanning and Modeling services for the creation of an as-built model of the Larchmont Village Plaza.

The deliverables provided were used to create accurate, relevant design and construction documents that were used for the renovation and addition to the existing building.
