Are you a college student interested in gaining practical experience in the field of architecture? We're a cutting-edge architectural firm specializing in reality capture, and we're looking for a part-time entry-level employee to join our team. As part of our team, you'll have the opportunity to learn and work with the latest technologies in reality capture, including laser scanning and photogrammetry. You'll work closely with our experienced architects to help create accurate 3D models of existing buildings and spaces. Responsibilities

Provides project support for both field and office production assignments. Assists with project close-outs and field equipment maintenance.

Required Skills

An equivalent of 6 months of hands-on experience in at least one of the following core competencies is required: AutoCAD, Revit, point cloud modeling, 360 Imagery, laser scanning, or laser scan registration.

Required Qualifications

    Proficiency in speaking and writing English.
    Authorized to work in the U.S.
    A valid CA driver's license and access to a vehicle Willing and able to access rooftops and other structures w/ ladders & man lifts.
    Willing and able to travel if needed.
    Able to obtain security clearance in governmental facilities.
    Proficiency in speaking and writing Spanish is a plus.

Education

Trade School Certificate, Undergraduate degree or higher in reality capture or a field relating to AEC is desired, or current schoolwork in pursuit of a career related to Architecture, Engineering, Construction or Reality Capture.

Certifications

OSHA10 certification to be obtained upon hire.
