Zymo Research started out as a small manufacturing company out of a garage in Orange, California in 1994. The founder, Larry Jia, began producing the first RNA/DNA extraction and purification tools for E. coli and yeast. Now a multi-million dollar company, Zymo has relocated their headquarters to a property in Irvine, CA.

Architectural Resource Consultants (ARC) was hired to provide a field survey and CAD as-built for the site. The surveyed and as-built items included the architectural site plan, floor plan, and reflected ceiling plans.
