Architectural Resource Consultants (ARC)
ARC is seeking a creative and dedicated marketing manager to promote our company’s brand and services. The successful candidate will have a thorough understanding of both digital and traditional marketing tactics, excellent verbal communication skills, leadership skills, and be a self-starter. An outstanding marketing manager will be someone whose expertise translates into increased brand awareness and profitability.

ARC is a team of Licensed Architects and highly skilled technicians specializing in providing Professional Building Documentation services nationally from the west coast to the east coast of the United States and beyond.
ARC has specialized in providing high-quality building documentation services since 1997. We believe that owners, designers and contractors do not need to be subjected to unforeseen existing conditions or the associated costs and time delays that often accompany them. During this time, ARC has focused on perfecting the means, methods, and best practices to provide extremely accurate as-built documentation using the latest in technologies such as HDS (High Definition Survey) 3D Laser Scanning and advanced photo imagery.
Our Mission is to assist those who recognize the complexities of existing conditions and wish to minimize their risks by proactively seeking to document such conditions in advance of them becoming an issue. By uncovering the unknown with regards to existing conditions, we save our clients both time and money while reducing their risk and liability.
Responsibilities and Duties
Develop concepts and ideas for advertising and marketing materials and campaigns
Set the stylistic and artistic direction of advertising and marketing materials and campaigns and evaluates and ensures the quality of creative content
Create social media content including graphics, captions, video, and photography
Propose and manage marketing research projects to generate consumer insights in support of improved marketing strategy and communications
Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicate with senior management about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets
Promoting our brand at trade shows and major industry-related events
Oversee and approve marketing material, from website banners to hard copy brochures
Overseeing branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns
Develop and implement an LMS for production staff
Keeping informed of marketing strategies and trends
Identify effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives and optimize accordingly
Qualifications and Skills
Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills and English proficiency
Experience with Microsoft Office Software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, InDesign)
Familiarity with DSLR camera, photography, and videography
Willing and able to travel to job sites to document with photos and video
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or any related field
Other skills and qualifications that are considered a plus
CRM software experience
Familiarity with the A/E/C industry
SEO knowledge and Google Analytics experience
Paid social media and display advertising experience (e.g. Google ads)
