He founded Architectural Resource Consultants (ARC), a Southern California firm specializing in providing Building Documentation and Architectural services since 1997. ARC has won two consecutive IDIQ contracts with the U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) for Nationwide Laser Scanning, BIM, and SDM Services, under which ARC was selected to develop GSA’s Laser Scanning QA/QC Process for the Office of Design and Construction. With more than 30 years of professional experience, Mr. Russo has developed his passion for as-built documentation of buildings and facility lifecycle solutions into a thriving award winning business. As President/CEO, Mr. Russo’s responsibilities include strategic planning, day-to-day operations management, business development and client relations.
