Fatima Jeffrey is a Revit Operator at Architectural Resource Consultants (ARC). Mrs. Jeffrey is part of the production staff and is responsible for developing as-built models. Mrs. Jeffrey received her Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management from Brigham Young University (BYU). While attending BYU, she was involved in many organizations such as: Architecture Club, Women in Engineering, Association of General Contractors (AGC), Construction Management Student Association (CMSA), Associated Schools of Construction, and the BYU Earth Stewardship Club. While studying at Latter-day Saints Business College, Mrs. Jeffrey also served as an Interior Design Intern at Lake City Loft. At this position, she reorganized the showroom in order to create a better environment, assisted the owner in selecting interior design finishes, and organized, priced, and kept thousands of library samples up to date. Before being employed at ARC, Mrs. Jeffrey also gained experience as a Research Assistant at BYU and as an Architectural Drafter at Harbor Design Company. As an Architectural Drafter, Mrs. Jeffrey created digital blueprints for custom-design homes and remodels using Revit, assisted the architect in producing stock plans to sell, and designed multiple sheets per house including electrical, framing, elevations, and floor plans. Mrs. Jeffrey carried this experience over to ARC where she prepares 2D and 3D models on software packages such as Revit and AutoCAD on a daily basis using measurements obtained on-site with hand-held lasers and 3D laser scanners. She has also received a certificate from a 30-Hour Hazard Recognition Training with OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration). Mrs. Jeffrey is an integral part of ARC’s national network of as-built surveyors providing as-built services for projects in all regions of the country and is a key contributor for the deliverables that ARC provides their clients with.
