SCOREcard CUSTOMER SURVEY

As part of our brand promise of uncompromised customer service the final step of all of our jobs is to e-mail our ARCnet SCOREcard Customer Survey to our Client. This survey is how we learn what we did right and wrong so we can provide even better service for you in the future.

If we don’t get a response within two weeks of sending out the survey a customer service representative will try to make contact to verify if the survey was received and graciously request the information. Out of respect of your time no further requests will be made beyond these two.

The survey can be completed in under a minute and helps us benchmark our performance in three key areas:

1) Quality of Service
2) Quality of Product
3) On-time Delivery
