Step 1 PROPOSAL

• Confirm project scope.
• Provide proposal.
• Authorization to proceed - client.

Step 2 KICK-OFF

• Establish project schedule.
• Add project to ARC’s production schedule.
• Designate production team.
• Perform a triage of all client-provided standards, documents & files to ensure all items are in hand to perform the scope of work.

Step 3 COMMENCEMENT of WORK

• Perform work.
• Provide status updates and coordinate with client.
• Direction and/or mark-ups provided by client.
• Activate the on-line ARCnet Collaboration Tool, to allow for live collaboration and easy electronic markups.
• Initiate ARC’s TOTALcheck quality assurance system throughout the work process to ensure quality control.
• Deliver the project as scheduled.

Step 4 ACCEPTANCE and CLOSE-OUT

• Review project for completeness - client.
• Make any required revisions until project is deemed complete by client.
• Project approval by client.
• Close job and provide client with an ARC SCOREcard Customer Service Survey.
• Return survey to assure continued quality advancement– client.
