ARCHITECTURAL AS-BUILT SURVEYOR (Orange County, CA)

Exciting laser technology allows us to create as-built drawings live, on-site, directly into CAD. We can walk off-site with a completed CAD as-built. We are one of a few companies nationwide with this technology. We need more surveyors motivated to learn the best, most accurate way to survey architectural projects. Be part of the coming transformation of 3D laser scanning to BIM.

Successful applicants will be responsible for surveying and drafting as-builts of varying types of construction. Must be willing to travel nationally. This is primarily a field position, but will require some office CAD drafting.

Applicants should have excellent communication skills (both written and verbal). Experience with AutoCAD versions 2004 and above is required. Experience with either ArchiCAD or Revit is desired. Experience with Total Station and disto equipment is preferred.

Civil/Land Surveying or Architectural Degree preferred but not required.

Successful applicants will be responsible for generating and following up on leads, finding creative ways to market our services, working various trade show events, tracking & closing deals (getting signed contracts), customer follow-up after the deal is signed, meeting sales goals and reporting to executive management.

Applicants should have excellent communication skills (both written and verbal). Previous proven sales experience is required. Architectural knowledge is highly desirable, but not required.
